Room set-up: This is from a similar small-ish venue (Approx 50 guests)
Note:The volunteer chairs (armless) are placed side by side. (could be a couch)
There’s a narrow (~ 2 ft wide) gap between the chairs and the back wall.
The yellow arrows are pointing to the Bose speaker tower.
The mic stand is about 6′ out from the volunteers

Props Table: covered, and normally placed to the left side of the volunteers
Flooring: Carpet is ideal to prevent slipping, and sometimes becomes the perfectnapping spot for a lucky volunteer. ; ) Jeff typically brings:
Speaker system, mics, and table for local events.
